Pavilion Rules

1. Please check Recreation calendar for available dates. Pavilion reservations (preferably 10 days notice) should be made through the Reserve Pavilion link on the webpage if at all possible, otherwise contact a board member.

2. A $50.00 deposit is required at time of reservation. Check made out to “Pebble Creek Farm HOA”

Pebble Creek Farm POA will be returned after cleanup, (see checklist below).

3. Parties and events must be hosted by a Pebble Creek Farm homeowner in good standing.

4. Parties and events hosted by a homeowner are limited to no more than 30 nonresidents unless prior approval is granted by Pebble Creek Farm Board of Directors.

5. With the exception of cookware, no glass containers. All glass containers prohibited in pool area.

6. All clean up after party is the reserving homeowner’s responsibility. Clean up consists of:

  • Clean counters and sink
  • Sweep floors
  • Hose outside decking if necessary
  • Bathrooms to be cleaned, trash removed
  • Decorations to be removed
  • All trash and garbage to be placed in plastic trash bags, tied and put in receptacles. (Over-flow trash may need to be taken by homeowner)

If pool area is used:

  • No Glass Containers
  • Umbrellas to be put down
  • Lounge chairs to be straightened and chairs to be put back around tables
  • Decking swept or hosed if necessary
  • Bathrooms to be cleaned, trash removed
  • Decorations to be removed
  • All trash and garbage to be placed in plastic trash bags, tied and put in receptacles. (Over-flow trash may need to be taken by homeowner)

7. All parties to be over no later than 10:00 pm.

8. Any party with 10 or more non-resident swimmers must hire an additional lifeguard during pool hours. Ask committee person for pool company contact person.

9. Rules can be changed and or amended by the Recreation committee and or Pebble Creek Farm Board of Directors as needed.
