Buying a Home?
If you are buying a home in Pebble Creek Farm, we look forward to welcoming you to our community. We are a covenant-community and you’re closing authority needs to request a closing letter to be part of your legal closing proceedings. Membership in the Association is mandatory. Our yearly dues ($475) are prorated at the time of closing based on the time remaining in the calendar year. There is a Capital Assessment fee and Closing Letter fee as well.
Our covenants have been updated (2008) from their original charter. The modernization of the document brought it into compliance with new laws, clarified gray areas and removed some outdated policies and language. The covenants specifically prohibit the purchasing of Pebble Creek Farm properties solely for the purpose of renting/leasing. The update also changed our classification from a Home Owners Association (HOA) to a Property Owners Association (POA) which offered a better fit for the needs of our governance. However, we are still incorporated under the name Pebble Creek Farm HOA.
We want to ensure that all prospective homeowners, in advance, fully understand the obligations that come with purchasing property in Pebble Creek Farm. Copies of our covenants and design standards are available under the tab ACC menu tab above.
