In an effort to keep our neighborhood well-maintained and keep annual dues fixed, we’re asking for volunteers to help with some minor projects around the neighborhood common areas. We’ll be gathering at the pavilion on Roseberry Lane at 8am on Saturday 4/29 for coffee and doughnuts before tackling the following items. Please join us for any time you can. It’s a great way to show off your yard tools!

– Pressure wash PVC fence along neighborhood entryway.
– Trim trees at front entry corner of neighborhood.
– Line walking trail around lake with fallen trees.
– Clean up brush piles around Lake.
– Clean up trash around lake, tennis court, pavilion
– Clean out lake concrete outlets
