The Continuation of the Annual Meeting

The continuation of the annual meeting will be held at Briscoe Park in the Betty McMichael Room, 2500 Sawyer Parkway, Snellville on Tuesday, April 19, 2022 from 6:30pm. The meeting will be to do the following: approve the minutes of the 2021 annual meeting, discuss the budget in detail and vote on it, and nominate and vote on board members. After these three lines of business, we will answer questions, if time allows. If you cannot attend in person a zoom link will be provided on the website.

PayHOA

If you still have not set up an account on PayHOA, please do. It will be our new centralized place for communication, paying fees, MRF’s, etc. We are already using it, and we are having great success with it. If you can’t log in, it’s because we need your email address. To send it to us or if you have any PayHOA related questions, please reach out to us at board.pcfhoa@gmail.com.

Committees

We are looking for members of the community to get involved! Below is a list of or committees and a brief description. Please consider what you can contribute.

 

  • Audit and Budget Committee- Help review the budget twice a year. Committee 3 or 5.
  • Socials Committee- Plan fun events to keep the community engaged.
  • ACC- Help to review MRFs using the Design Standards. Committee of 5.
  • ByLaws and Covenants Committee-
  • Lake and Landscape Committee- Keep common areas clean. Notify the board of any problems.
  • Pool Committee- Watches over the pool area, management, and reports to the board.
  • Communications- Helps get the word to the residents via social media, front sign, etc. Committee of 3.
  • Tennis Courts- Keep the tennis courts clean, maintenance, and report to the board. Committee of 3.

Spring Clean Up

It is that time of year to start sprucing up our yards. We wanted to share with you, some tips and friendly reminders to help keep our community looking great.

  • Do not blow your lawn clippings into the street or sewer drains.
  • Remove weeds from lawn and garden beds.
  • Woodchip, mulch, or pine straw garden beds.
  • Look over your house and fence for anything that might need power-washed, painted or repaired.
  • Please review the Design Standards to help keep the community looking great.

Graduation Banner

If you have any students that are graduating high school or college this year, we would love to honor and celebrate them. Please send us their name and school they are graduating from, so we can add them to the banner. Please send this to the board email: board.pfhoa@gmail.com no later than April 15, 2022.

Socials

We will host an “Easter Egging” for residents with children 10 and under. If you are interested in signing up, please follow this link to our sign-up sheet.

The Annual Community Garage Sale is scheduled for April 22nd and 23rd. If you would like to participate, please sign up using the link to our Google Form.
