What is an MRF?
MRF stands for Modification Request Form. The purpose of this form is to allow the ACC to assess any changes you are planning to make to the exterior of your property to ensure that they match up with the building design standards that we have in the community.
Do I need to file an MRF to do work on my property?
The PCF HOA design standards provides several examples of activities that do and do not require ACC review. This list is not fully inclusive or exclusive so it is best to file an MRF to have your planned exterior changes reviewed first. Remember, it can take up to 30 days for your design changes to be reviewed and approved so please plan accordingly!
